Driver Terms & Conditions

By applying as a driver with Bestride Carolinas, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to drive in the United States.
• You agree that background checks may be performed before and during your time as a driver.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining valid car insurance, registration, and a safe vehicle.
• Bestride Carolinas is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages. Your personal auto insurance is primary.
• Drivers must enable/disable availability through the platform when they wish to work or stop working.
• Drivers are subject to a 3-minute courtesy waiting period. After that, additional waiting time may be charged to the passenger.
• Payments will be processed automatically after each completed ride through Stripe Connect to your registered payment account.
• You may update your payout method at any time within your driver account.

By checking the box in the application form, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
